
Jeressa O'Leary
School-based Therapist
Jeressa has worked in the health and human services in the Twin Cities since 2003 in a variety of settings (e.g. inpatient, residential, school and community based). She earned her Master’s degree in counseling psychology from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in 2020. She is passionate about working with children and their caregivers using a strength and relationship-based approach. Jeressa is experienced in treating mental health symptoms related to neurodivergence (e.g. Autism, ADHD), mood (e.g. depression, anxiety), trauma, attachment problems, and relationship conflicts. She utilizes techniques from modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, expressive arts therapy, play therapy, parent-child interaction therapy, and biofeedback.
In her free time, Jeressa enjoys live music, playing all types of games, and spending time with her son.
