Gbemisola Saunders is a transplant to the Twin Cities, having grown up in sunny California. She earned her B.A. in English Literature from Carleton College, and a Master’s and Ed.S. from the University of Minnesota, in Educational Psychology.  She currently works as a school psychologist with Minneapolis Public Schools where she is proud to count former and current Watercourse therapists as her colleagues. She values the service that Watercourse provides not only for the schools of Minneapolis, but for the larger community. Through her work with the board, she is hoping that she can help further Watercourse’s commitment to strengthening the emotional well-being for all people.
