Nicholas Rahrich, MBA, is a banking executive with a personal passion for mental health advocacy. Nicholas is the Market President for First Western Bank & Trust in Eden Prairie, MN, and has worked in finance since 2004. In his role at the bank, he oversees the planning, operations, and growth of the Twin Cities market and manages bank operations.

Additionally, Nicholas has taught as an adjunct lecturer at Bismarck State College since 2004, teaching sophomore-level professional writing courses online. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead and his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Mary.

Nicholas has a long background in volunteerism and non-profit organizations. In addition to Watercourse, he also serves on the Eden Prairie Chamber Board of Directors. Past volunteer experience includes chairing fundraising committees, classroom instruction of financial literacy, grant review and approval, and many hands-on activities. Nicholas is an advocate for better mental health support in schools, so Watercourse is a natural fit. He and his wife, Nicole, live in Eden Prairie with their three sons, Xander, Liam, and Gavin. They enjoy traveling, music, board games, and outdoor summertime activities in Minnesota.
