School-based Therapist

Alfred is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) and a graduate of the University of Minnesota’s Master of Professional Studies in Integrated Behavioral Health program. Alfred is currently working toward Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) licensure. He is passionate about supporting adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate challenges such as substance use, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, and the stress of life.

Alfred’s approach is person-centered and collaborative, rooted in existential and humanistic perspectives. He believes each individual has the capacity to create meaning and purpose in their life. He will work with you to better understand your story and walk alongside you as you explore your choices, responsibilities, and possibilities for growth.

Alfred views therapy as a space for empowerment, healing, and evolution. His goal is not to remove life’s challenges but to help you face them with clarity, resilience, and authenticity. He finds it an honor to be part of each client’s journey toward living a life that feels true to them.
