Executive Director

Ashley Trepp has devoted her career to the advancement of community mental health. Ashley was drawn to Watercourse's belief in the power of relationships in healing and its commitment to creating equitable access to mental health services. She comes to Watercourse having most recently served as Director of Mental Health Services for Tasks Unlimited. At Tasks Unlimited, she oversaw the Targeted Case Management, Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services, Intensive Residential Treatment Services, Jobs Training Program, and Fairweather Lodge Program. Prior to becoming a Director, Ashley gained experience working directly with clients as a case manager and an ARMHS provider.

Ashley served as the Vice-President of the Board of Directors for the Mental Health Providers Association of Minnesota from 2015-2021 and as the treasurer of the Watercourse Board of Directors from 2017-2019. She has her Master's in Social Work from the University of Minnesota and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.
