In addition to serving as the secretary on the board of the Minnesota Organizational Development Network and as the Vice Chair for Watercourse Counseling Center, Solice actively contributes to industry advancements.

Beyond the professional realm, Solice finds joy in a loving marriage to husband LaTrelle and shares a passion for reading, volleyball, spending quality time with family and friends, and exploring new destinations through travel. Having moved around the nation, Solice returned to their hometown in 2020, bringing a wealth of diverse experiences to their current endeavors.
