Leilah Luna is a Cultural Broker, leveraging her unique perspective as the daughter of Colombian and Haitian immigrants. Fluent in multiple languages and well-traveled throughout the Americas and Europe, she brings a global and culturally-aware approach to her work.

With a diverse background spanning administrative support, Spanish interpretation, and project management, Leilah excels at connecting with people, creative problem-solving, and using her skills to support others.

She is passionate about her role at Watercourse, where she is dedicated to working with children and their families, and rediscovering the power of play. Drawing from her own lived experience, Leilah is deeply committed to supporting immigrant families by guiding them through their acculturation journey in Minneapolis with empathy and understanding.
